We use DPD and Royal Mail as our courier partners for delivery of orders.
They will, if you have given us your mobile number, contact you by text to keep you up to date with your delivery.
If you place your order before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday, we will aim to deliver the next day. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) will be despatched the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 12pm (noon) on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

Courier Safe Place Delivery
Our courier partners offer an option for you to receive your parcel in a safe place at your address if you are not at home.
A safe place for delivery is a location at your property which the courier can easily reach and leave the parcel.
You can choose from front porch, garage, shed/outbuilding, rear porch, or you can advise of a different safe place using the 'other' option.
Your safe place should be out of sight, secure, and protected from the weather. Recycling bins are not considered a safe place.
Important: If you request your parcel to be delivered to a safe place by the courier, then you are accepting full responsibility for the parcel as the couriers terms and conditions mean the parcel has reached its destination and was left at the designated safe location.
